The Festival is an intense, ovewhelming moment full of content, visions, conversations and encounters. Stop, we need a break to regain our balance, absorb stimuli and reconnect our minds and bodies.
Play House by the Finnish artist collective W A U H A U S is just the place to do this, a space for letting go, an alternative meeting place, with a different rhythm. There is a daily, guided programme where visitors are accompanied to make new connections through physical contact with other people – a hug, a slow dance, a gentle fight, a levitation experience. All it takes is to follow simple instructions guided by the artists and freely join in the activities in progress. There are no requirements: you don’t need to have any special skills or experiences to take part in Play House, just curiosity.
