Heidi Soidinsalo
Heidi Soidinsalo is a Helsinki-based sound designer and performance maker. In addition to creating performances, Soidinsalo has been teaching and writing about sound design as an integral part of the performing arts. They also work as a part-time lecturer at the Theatre Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki. Soidinsalo’s working style is focused on creating sound-based works that evoke listening. In addition to the auditory aspects of performances they hold a keen interest in performance dramaturgy.
